噴砂房是我公司在蜂窩地板技術的基礎上，自行開發、設計的環保型蜂窩式噴砂（丸）房，可按客戶的產品特性、噴砂要求等設計制作。蜂窩地板噴砂房是利用風機的風力為動力，將磨料通過回料管道吸送到旋風分離器中進行分離，最后進入噴砂系統循環利用。

具備這特點：

1、省去了常規噴砂房砂料輸送煤循環系統的螺旋輸送機，斗式提升機以及地下工程，不需建造地坑，節約了地基施工費用，大大節約了工程成本；

2、耐磨材料回收處理率高，用于清換耐磨材料；

3、主耍電力工程部件均按照國外進口商品，兼具性能指標安穩，衛生耐用，采用保修期長，維系方便；

4、噴砂房室體內有高清晰的能見度，室體自然補風，節約能源消耗；

5、機器按照雙極排塵器，1、級按照漩風剝離 器，第五級用濾清器式排塵器程序，其總排塵器的效率高達99.99%以上內容；

6、在噴砂房正面房頂上部，配有“聲光報警系統”，在噴砂房內，配有急停呼叫按鈕；

7、各軟件操作系統軟件電機把控好操作系統軟件采用了互鎖把控好，當中僅一軟件操作系統軟件造成常見故障時，相關聯軟件操作系統軟件均關閉辦公，噴槍關閉噴射式；

8、房體進行房子裝飾定制，外觀設計簡易、美化、規定，消除噪音效果非常的好好，且配置快速。
